Secure Shipping for Your Collectible Cards
All cards are packaged with the utmost care: Each card is placed in a new penny sleeve, then a toploader, and finally in a padded envelope or package.
This ensures that your cards arrive in the same condition they left our warehouse.
We ship nationwide within Germany, throughout Europe, and internationally. Processing usually takes 1-2 business days. In Germany, standard delivery time is approximately 2-4 business days, and within the EU, it's about 10-12 business days. Tracking information will be sent to you via email. In case of any issues (e.g., loss or damage), please contact us within 14 days.
You can cancel your order within one month without giving any reasons. After receiving your return, we will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days. You bear the costs for the return shipment yourself, unless there is a fault on our part. Please note that you must compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to use beyond the mere inspection of their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Please note: Returns are excluded after opening sealed cards, as the condition of the included cards cannot be verified.
