Yes. We exclusively sell authentic original products from official sources. All items come directly from licensed distributors or verified collections.

What does "Sealed" mean for trading cards?
"Sealed" means that the product is factory-sealed and unopened. These items are perfect for collectors and investors as they retain their value particularly well.

What are "Singles"?
"Singles" are individual cards that have already been opened and checked for condition. Ideal if you are specifically looking for certain cards without having to open booster packs.

How do Live Breaks work at Madgems?
In our Live Breaks, you can buy packs or boxes in the shop, which are then opened live on YouTube or Twitch. You see in real time which cards you get, and we then send them safely to your home.

How are my cards packaged and shipped?
All cards are packaged in new sleeves and toploaders and then shipped in padded envelopes. This ensures that your cards arrive undamaged.

How is the condition of a card rated at Madgems?
Our cards are pre-graded, meaning pre-evaluated, to accurately classify their condition. We use common TCG standards – from Mint (near perfect) to Played (visible signs of wear).

Can I return items?
Unopened products can be returned within the period according to German right of withdrawal. Opened or sealed products such as boosters are excluded from the right of return.
