Secure shipping of your trading cards

All cards are packed with the utmost care: Each card comes in a new penny sleeve. Then in a toploader. And finally in a padded envelope or package.

This ensures that your cards arrive in the same condition as they left our warehouse.

We ship nationwide within Germany, within Europe and internationally. Processing usually takes 1-2 business days. In Germany, standard delivery time is approx. 2-4 business days, within the EU approx. 10-12 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you by email. In case of problems (e.g. loss or damage), please contact us within 14 days.

You can cancel your order within one month without giving any reasons. After receiving your return, we will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days. You bear the costs for the return shipment yourself, unless there is a fault on our part. Please note that you must compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to use that goes beyond the mere examination of the quality.

Please note: Returns are excluded after opening sealed cards, as the condition of the cards contained cannot be checked.
