This ensures that your cards arrive in the same condition as they left our warehouse.
We ship nationwide within Germany, throughout Europe, and internationally. Processing usually takes 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within Germany typically takes approx. 2-4 business days, and within the EU approx. 10-12 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you by email. In case of problems (e.g., loss or damage), please contact us within 14 days.
You can cancel your order within one month without giving any reasons. After receipt of your return, we will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days. You bear the costs for the return, unless there is a fault on our part. Please note that you must compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to use that goes beyond merely checking their condition.
Please note: After opening sealed cards, returns are excluded as the condition of the cards contained cannot be checked.
